Do I have to have my website hosted with you?
No. You own your website and can host it wherever you like. Hosting with us simply means one point of contact when something needs changing or checking.
Can you take over a website you didn't build?
Often, yes. It depends on how the site was built and what access is available. Send us the details and we'll tell you honestly whether we can support it.
What counts as a content update?
Text changes, new images, price updates, adding a service, swapping opening hours — the everyday changes. Larger work like new page templates is quoted separately.
How quickly do changes get made?
Requests are handled in working hours and we'll confirm a realistic turnaround when you send one. Small text changes are usually quick; anything larger we'll scope first.
Do you offer an uptime guarantee?
We don't advertise an uptime percentage we can't personally control. We host on reliable infrastructure, monitor the site and deal with problems when they arise.
