Project Process
Projects typically follow:

Project timelines depend on complexity and how quickly the client provides required information.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide:
- Logo files
- Images
- Written content
- Business information
- Required access details
The client confirms they have permission to use all materials provided.
Payments
Unless otherwise agreed:
- A 50% upfront deposit is required before work begins.
- The remaining 50% balance is required before launch.
Work will not begin until payment is received.
Deposits and Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable once work has started because time, resources, planning, and development work have already been allocated.
If a project is cancelled after work begins, completed work may remain chargeable.
Revisions and Changes
Clear Web Studio includes unlimited reasonable changes during the agreed design process.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Additional pages
- New functionality
- Major redesigns
- Changes outside the original scope
Website Approval
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving the final website before launch.
Once approved and final payment is received, the website will be published.
Ownership
Once full payment has been received:
- The completed website and agreed deliverables transfer to the client.
- Clear Web Studio retains ownership of internal processes, reusable components, and development methods.
Clear Web Studio may display completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Hosting and Maintenance
Clear Web Studio may provide optional hosting and maintenance services.
These may include:
- Website updates
- Technical support
- Security updates
- Content changes
SEO and Marketing Services
Clear Web Studio does not guarantee:
- Search rankings
- Website traffic
- Leads
- Sales
- Revenue increases
Results vary depending on many external factors.
Third-Party Services
Clear Web Studio is not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms.
Limitation of Liability
Clear Web Studio is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or business losses caused by circumstances outside reasonable control.
